From the clerk inspecting the property and making a record, to submitting the completed report to the client and obtaining final feedback from the client to maintain and improve upon our efficiency, our work at Autumn Leaves passes through eight stages.

1)A clerk the property and records using a dictaphone. 2)The client shares the audio files through Dropbox/FTP/Email.

3) Team Lead allocates the audio and work schedule to skilled transcriptionists. 4) Daily Status Reports are sent to the client. The expected time of completion is also communicated.

5)Audio files are transcribed in the prescribed format, after which it is proofread and peer-reviewed by the supervisor. 6)Completed reports are submitted to the client using Dropbox/FTP/Email.

7)The client verifies the final report. 8)Client feedbacks are taken and performance metrics are maintained.
